About Us

We are family-owned and operated. My father, Sam Faircloth, started hanging and finishing drywall in 1956 after getting out of the Air Force. He taught me everything I know about drywall and popcorn texture and it will continue with my sons.

Our History

Our history proudly involves two generations. Mike Faircloth is the founder/owner and has decades of experience with drywall including removing popcorn and replacing them with smooth fabricated ceilings. He does not take shortcuts that would compromise the quality and effect of the finished product, and he guarantees his work for two years. Mike and his three sons take on every project personally by performing all the work themselves without using subcontractors. Their attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship is highly appreciated by customers.

Our Services

Drywall Hanging And Finishing

We specialize in drywall hanging and finishing for both residential and commercial projects. We have extensive experience installing drywall for room additions, attic conversions, basement finishings among countless other room remodels and renovations. Our drywall mechanics will hang and finish drywall with quality results from start to finish no matter the size of the project.

Drywall Soundproofing Options

We offer drywall soundproofing options like QuietRock, Resilient Channels (or Z Channels), and isoTrax soundproofing system. For high-level soundproofing, we also install drywall furring channels  (hat channels) and insulate with Sound Attenuation Batts (SABs). Furthermore, to make certain there is optimal noiseproofing, we do sound caulking to prevent sound leakage.

Drywall Repairs

We offer drywall repairs from fixing cracks to patching holes to repairing damages. Our drywall mechanics will repair drywall cracks on ceilings & walls, patch holes, and fix nail pops. We also take on drywall repairs after water damage or mold damage. Our expertise in drywall repair will leave flawless results as if no crack, hole, or damage was ever there.

Popcorn Removal

We have mastered popcorn removal. We can transform dated popcorn ceilings to a timeless, smooth finish. Since the 60’s, popcorn texture gained popularity because it was a fast and inexpensive way to finish ceilings.  But if it was ever popular, those days have long passed.
